An Asian Oasis
This carefully crafted garden on a gentle slope provides a holistic and peaceful setting, gracefully linking the Japanese crafted pavilion with a restful spilling water fall. The specially designed water feature floats a millstone and smoothes the seductive atmosphere with an oriental flare. The edges of the stone terrace and walkways are softened with native woodland ferns, hosts and grasses with an oriental twist. The gateway to the rear garden is defined by a hint of a Japanese style in the fencing and trellis which provide privacy in a descriptive manner and reflect the burgundy colors found the arching plum, berberis and heuchera plantings.
