Environmental Blessing
This Chesapeake Bay preservation approved garden, just south of Old Town, Alexandria sits on the banks of the Potomac River. The newly constructed home is modeled after a Rhode Island cliff house, offering a perfect setting for the native waterfront planting. Sensitive site and landscaping improvements included shore line revetments and supplementing protected wetlands. Improvements also include terracing from the house, driveway, parking court, covered terraces, pool and dock.
