Process
With the use of Auto Cad, Sketch up and a collaboration of architects, engineers and interior designers, Fyffe Landscape Architecture offers a creative and analytical study of the site through client involvement, conceptual brainstorming and design expertise.
From this intense study, the evolution of the Conceptual Master Plan is developed. Our aim is to recognize the natural environment with whimsical and inspirational research. We then present an innovative and sustainable design which is transformed into the Schematic Master Plan, often accompanied with illustrative sketches and details to capture distinct notions and desires which are transformed into reality.
With the Master Plan in hand one goes on to the nest step. Construction Documents include vigilantly drawn layout, lighting and electrical, irrigation, planting, construction plans and specific details to provide contractors with guidelines and specifications for installation.
In preparation for installation, FLA can provide Bid Negotiation services with quality masons, carpenters, plants men, electricians and specialized craftsmen. During construction, FLA will provide Site Observation as quality control, to insure the integrity of the design.
