This original existing terrace was tucked off to the side and difficult to access so we opened up the property and cut into the existing slope to set in a pergola covered dining terrace.
To make it easier to traverse we custom designed a wide sweeping wood and steel circular stair case to sweep you into the dining space.
This raised deck floats over the unusable steep slope, making it an extension of the main living area.
